Darren has been with the Practice since 1991. He specialises in Retail developments and is also responsible for the company's Environmental Management System ISO 14001.

In his spare time Darren enjoys squash, skiing, tennis and travel.

Robin Holme

Robin originally joined the Practice in 1990.

He returned in 2004, after broadening his experience with two leading international Chartered Surveying companies to establish and manage Bowman Riley Surveyors.

Originating from "the Dales", Robin enjoys the 'outdoors', walking, traveling and most sports.

Debbie Lewis

Debbie joined the practice in 2005 and has responsibility for Sustainability and BREEAM services.

Her work encompasses delivery of a range of Commercial Building Surveying services for both project and professional instructions including Environmental, Party Wall and Access Consultancy.

Craig Savoury

Senior Architectural Technician
Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor

Craig has been with the practice since leaving school back in 1995. He specialises in residential and education, taking particular interest in the sustainable aspects of any project.

In his spare time he enjoys a range of sporting activities, together with travel and socialising with friends.

Samantha Jevons

Marketing & Business Development Manager BA, MCIM

Samantha joined the Practice in 2011 with 10 years’ experience of marketing in the construction industry having previously worked for Turner & Townsend and Atkins. She works alongside the directors to provide marketing, communications and business development expertise. Samantha enjoys the arts, cycling, travel and is an advanced scuba diver.

Ruth Bush

BREEAM Accredited Professional

Ruth has over 20 years’ experience working in a variety of sectors including: community, arts, education, commercial and historic buildings. She enjoys working closely with clients to fulfil every aspect of their brief and has experience in user group ,stakeholder and community consultation throughout the design process.

She is a BREEAM Accredited Professional, committed to design encompassing WRAP and sustainable principles whilst producing designs which are efficient, workable and surpass expectations.

Out of work, Ruth enjoys creating stained glass, watercolours and tennis.
