BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) is the leading and most widely used environmental assessment method for buildings. BREEAM addresses wide-ranging environmental and sustainability issues and enables developers and designers to prove the environmental credentials of their buildings.
Bowman Riley Architects have extensive experience working on BREEAM ’Very Good’ and ’Excellent’ rated buildings and providing specialist advice on building projects where specific sustainability issues need to be considered. We work closely with the design team to obtain our clients environmental aspirations and in 2008 we designed the UK’s greenest supermarket which obtained the prestigious award of the first BREEAM Excellent rated supermarket for Morrison’s Kidderminster. With our knowledge base coming from extensive Project, Design and Management experience we are in a unique position to provide cost-effective solutions to achieve our client’s environmental and sustainable requirements.
Bowman Riley Architects also provide the services of approved BREEAM assessors and are able to deliver from early stage pre-assessment through to final certification.
