Caroline Woolley – Director
Joining the board of directors in 2019, Caroline Woolley has delivered a challenging business plan during her time with Bowman Riley.
As a Fellow of the RICS, Caroline leads our building consultancy team in providing the full range of services throughout the lifecycle of a property or estate.
She has made a real impact in driving forward the building consultancy team, which has grown significantly in terms of team members, profitability and breadth of services.
A building surveyor by profession, Caroline has over a decade’s commercial property experience. She is a passionate advocate of mentoring and improving diversity and inclusion within the property industry and the first female shareholding director to take a place on Bowman Riley’s board.
Caroline chaired the national RICS Building Surveying Conference for two consecutive years.
Also a qualified yoga teacher, Caroline provides leadership in placing wellbeing in the workplace at the top of the agenda.
