Tom Walker – Associate Director Building Surveying

Tom Walker joined our team in 2023 as a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in the industry.

He has undertaken all core building surveying services, including contract administration, dilapidations, acquisition surveys, schedules of condition and project monitoring.

With his broad experience, Tom has led the delivery of a wide range of instructions for private sector clients on all types of commercial property.  He has specific expertise working with landlord clients working on packages of works ahead of new tenancies and advising on dilapidations.

Tom is an advocate of using the latest technology to enhance and improve our services.

Outside of work, he plays five-aside football and does the occasional run.  However, most of his time is spent chasing around after his young son Harry and walking his dog, Hamish.
