Technical Architect based in London

We have a position for a motivated and driven Technical Architect to join our London team and lead a range of exciting projects predominantly new build construction developments in the hotels, residential, and commercial sectors.

Candidates will need to be a fully qualified Architect with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience and a solid understanding of UK building regulations and the planning process.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong technical and administrative skills
  • High proficiency in the use of Revit, AutoCAD and NBS
  • Understanding of Detail Design Programme
  • Adobe Suite and Sketch-up would also be beneficial
  • Ability to lead projects
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Experience in coordinating and liaising with other consultants
  • Experience of liaising with local authority planning departments
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Conscientious and able to meet deadlines

We have a position for an enthusiastic architectural technologist to join the team and deliver a range of exciting projects predominantly new build construction developments in the hotels, residential, and commercial sectors.

Candidates will need to be degree qualified with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience and a solid understanding of UK building regulations and the planning process.

You will need to demonstrate:

• Strong technical and administrative skills
• High proficiency in the use of Revit, AutoCAD and NBS

• Ability to work within a team and lead when called upon
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in coordinating and liaising with other consultants
