Owen Black’s Appointment Strengthens Building Consultancy Team
Owen Black‘s appointment as a Senior Building Surveyor has boosted Bowman Riley’s building consultancy team.
Based in the Leeds office, Owen is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over six years of commercial surveying experience.
Formerly at Bradley Mason in Harrogate, Owen provided strategic property advice providing advice across all stages of a property’s lifecycle for well-known brands including Currys PC World, Dunelm, EE, TK Maxx and Toolstation.
At Bowman Riley, Owen is working for York College, the University of Bradford and The Co-op under existing framework agreements in addition to supporting a wide range of other clients.
Delivering advice to building owners and occupiers, Owen has extensive building surveying expertise including design and specification, project management, contract administration, cost consultancy, principal designer services and dilapidations instructions.
