Sentio Office Interior Design – Leeds
Bowman Riley designed a smart and stylish office environment for corporate finance and strategic advisory firm, Sentio Partners in the vacant third-floor shell space of Minerva House, a multi-tenanted commercial building in Leeds’ central business district.
From a blank canvas, we created a modern interior to complement Sentio’s brand and project a positive image to the business community of Leeds. Designed to support team working and client meetings, the vibrant surroundings enhance our client’s day to day operations.
Space was broken up using frameless glass and partitions to provide a selection of meeting rooms, a formal boardroom and open plan office all equipped with the latest communications technology. Strategic space planning and various options were developed, reviewed and revised to ensure the fit-out would meet the precise needs and exacting standards of our client.
We proposed the inclusion of a business lounge to create a multi-purpose space for clients and staff to meet, work and relax in. The boardroom was positioned to take advantage of the views to the south of the building overlooking the fine Victorian architecture of Infirmary Street and beyond.
The project was delivered successfully to a tight programme, which facilitated in the seamless relocation of Sentio into their new home.
“Our vibrant new surroundings provide a great working environment for our team and somewhere that reflects our message and branding when we welcome clients and contacts. We are delighted with our new space and excited about the contribution it will make to the continued growth of our business.”
