Karen Allison Celebrates 20 Years at Bowman Riley
Please join us in wishing a huge congratulations to Karen Allison, our employee relations manager, who today celebrates an incredible 20 years with Bowman Riley.
Karen joined Bowman Riley in 2006 as an admin assistant, soon progressing into an HR career. An evolution driven by Karen’s passion in supporting our teams and the business.
Throughout her career journey, Karen has continued to develop professionally, achieving CIPD qualifications. An endeavour we are proud to support as part of our commitment to continued personal career development. Karen is also a mental health first aider and has completed a counselling skills course, further developing her HR repertoire.
She also plays a key role in supporting our quality and environmental management alongside other accreditations. Contributing heavily to our equity, diversity & inclusion working group, Karen passionately helps to drive inclusive initiatives and positive change through her commitment to our values and behaviours.
We are incredibly grateful for Karen’s dedication, insight, and commitment over the last 20 years.
