Bowman Riley and Constructive Futures at Leeds Pride 2026 πŸ³οΈβ€βš§οΈπŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ

We were proud to join Constructive Futures at Leeds Pride 2026 to celebrate the importance of inclusion, equity and belonging across our industry and communities.

A big thank you to Lokeshwari Kumar and Rachel Knight for their continued advocacy, working alongside Constructive Futures for young people and LGBTQ+ equality.

Constructive Futures is a Leeds-based organisation that aims to empower young people taking their first steps into the construction industry. Fostering equality, diversity and inclusion, Constructive Futures does brilliant work, and Bowman Riley is incredibly proud to have a long-standing relationship with them.

We have supported Constructive Futures over the last couple of years and are looking forward to continuing our partnership with them, helping to give young people advice and mentoring as they enter the industry.

At Bowman Riley, we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels respected, valued and empowered to be themselves. A massive thank you to Constructive Futures for inviting us along to take part in their parade float.

Events like Leeds Pride 2026 remind us that fostering diverse perspectives and championing equal opportunities make our workplaces stronger, more innovative and more welcoming for all.
