Gerard Langley – Architectural Technologist

Gerard Langley joined our team in Leeds in 2022, working as part of the energy team following several years of delivering projects in the commercial and energy sectors, including fuel stations, heritage and conservation projects, and bespoke residential schemes.
He graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2017 with a first-class honour’s degree in Architectural Technology. During his time at university, he was shortlisted and received a national student award for his final year project from the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technology (CIAT).
Gerard gained hands-on experience in construction and the built environment from working as a self-employed joiner. He has achieved site carpentry and joinery qualifications along with broad knowledge and work experience in the architectural, museum and woodworking industries.
In his free time, he enjoys making handcrafted timber furniture and visiting National Trust and English Heritage sites. He also likes to walk, explore, and hopefully find a coffee shop in-between. When travelling, he loves to sightsee and visit cities and their architecture.
