Jessica Hurley – Senior Architect
Jessica joined our Leeds team in 2026 as a Senior Architect, bringing extensive experience across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, education, workplace and hospitality projects throughout the UK. She is passionate about creating people-centred architecture that fosters collaboration, with a particular interest in clear and effective visual communication to support informed decision-making for clients and project teams.
Her career highlights include delivering a boutique Michelin-starred restaurant in Covent Garden, leading the design and planning of the second phase of the Sweetfields development in Holbeck, and contributing to the development of VITA’s first House of Social PBSA model.
Beyond her project work, Jessica is a committed advocate for greater diversity and inclusion within the construction industry. She is a committee member and former Chair of the National Association for Women in Construction (NAWIC) in Yorkshire, where she has played an active role in outreach programmes and industry initiatives that promote representation, support and opportunity across the sector. She also mentors aspiring architects through Women in Architecture and the RIBA Future Architects programme, helping to inspire and support the next generation of design professionals.
Outside the studio, Jessica enjoys travelling, staying active, following sport, exploring the countryside with her rescue dog, and unwinding with a good book.
