Construction North Group – Matterport Office Tour

Construction North Group (CNG), a fast-growing multi-disciplinary construction and fit-out business based in Yorkshire, appointed Bowman Riley to help visualise and share their dynamic new headquarters at Aire Valley Park, Bingley.

Spanning over 7,000 square feet, CNG’s new head office, Howard House, was carefully designed to promote collaboration, creativity and innovation. The space includes flexible work zones, a 16-seat cinema, breakout areas, a bar, pool table, F1 racing simulator, and immersive AV tech – reflecting the business’ people-first ethos and culture-led design approach.

Following Bowman Riley’s support with space planning and interior design, our in-house digital specialist produced a Matterport 3D virtual tour to showcase the completed environment. This digital twin provides an immersive and accessible way for prospective clients, partners and future talent to explore the space remotely.

For a business like CNG, which is proud of its ability to create high-quality commercial environments, the Matterport model became a powerful marketing tool – demonstrating the calibre of their work while offering a memorable, interactive experience.
