Samantha Jevons – Associate Director
Samantha Jevons is an Associate Director with a strong background in marketing and business development within the property and construction industry.
Having been promoted in 2025, she works within the leadership team to incorporate business development and marketing capabilities into a highly successful part of our daily operations and long-term strategic planning.
Her role includes developing and executing marketing strategies, crafting communications, overseeing bids, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and organising events.
In 2025, Samantha was shortlisted as Marketing Leader of the Year at TheBusinessdesk.com Yorkshire Leadership Awards.
Additionally, Samantha is the Chair of the Leeds branch of the Forum of the Built Environment (fbe), where she plays a key role in facilitating industry events, seminars, and discussion panels.
In her personal life, Samantha enjoys spending time with her young son, travelling abroad, hosting parties, reading captivating stories, and embracing her love for dresses. She is also a certified advanced scuba diver.
