Bowman Riley is pleased to announce that Dan Postill will attend the Annual Hospitality Conference (AHC) 2025, held at the Manchester Central Convention Complex from 29 to 30 September 2025. Dan is the architect on one of our most exciting hospitality schemes, the new Cliffemount Hotel on the Yorkshire Coast, set to become the UK’s first Passive House hotel.,

Colin Briggs‑Campbell and Tony Pleasants will be joining Dan in Manchester for the duration of the conference. Both are currently involved in a number of hotel and leisure projects, bringing with them valuable insights into the latest opportunities and challenges shaping the sector. Together, they will be available throughout the conference days for meetings, catch‑ups, and fringe events, providing a fantastic opportunity to connect with existing clients and new contacts alike to connect in person and discuss opportunities.

Event Overview

AHC 2025, recognised as the UK’s premier hospitality investment and strategy event, brings together over 1,100 senior industry leaders, including hotel owners, developers, investors, asset managers, and operators, to reset, rebuild, and rise together.

This year’s conference, themed Reset. Rebuild. Rise., focuses on navigating the evolving hospitality landscape and exploring refreshed operational and investment strategies across hotels, serviced living, F&B, wellness, and alternative hospitality models. The AHC programme is structured around three pillars:

  • Invest: Uncovering where capital is flowing
  • Perform: Optimising operational performance under pressure
