Away Day 2026
Following a productive morning team conference last Friday, it was time to head outdoors for the much-anticipated Bowman Riley Away Day 2026.
After enjoying delicious pizza from Knead and Feed, everyone made their way to Leeds Beckett University Headingley campus sports pitches, where an afternoon of team-building activities awaited.
The afternoon gave colleagues the opportunity to step away from their desks, work together in a different environment and enjoy some friendly competition. From energetic challenges to hilarious moments on the zorb football pitch, there was plenty of teamwork, determination and laughter throughout the day.
With temperatures soaring, the arrival of an ice cream van couldn’t have come at a better time, providing a welcome opportunity to cool down before the final activities.
Events like our Away Day are a great reminder of the value of bringing people together outside the workplace. Spending time together in a fun and relaxed setting helps strengthen relationships, build collaboration and create lasting memories across the business.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped organise such a fantastic afternoon and to all our colleagues for making it such a success. We’re already looking forward to Away Day 2027!
